4 Credit Unions Sign to Automate and Boost Cross-Sell
Scotts Valley, California, August 5, 2015 — Intuvo (www.intuvo.com), a leading provider of marketing automation software to the credit union industry, and a division of CU Direct, has entered into new partnership agreements with four credit unions.
As a result of the agreement, the credit unions will be implementing Intuvo’s new consumer automated marketing platform to increase loan volume and member satisfaction.
The credit unions are: Santa Rosa, California-based Redwood Credit Union (204,374 members, $2.6 billion in assets); El Segundo, California’s Xceed Federal Credit Union (57,980 members, $933.2 million in assets); Downey, California-based Financial Partners Credit Union (51,710 members, $822.1 million in assets); and Lihue, Hawaii’s Kauai Community Federal Credit Union (32,496 members, $394.6 million in assets).
Intuvo’s new consumer platform provides dynamic, next-generation cross-sell/consumer marketing automation tools to effectively integrate members with new loan products and cross-sell additional loans, products and services.
“The Intuvo Consumer Loan Application communication program is a game changer: clear and consistent communication is the key to funding Consumer Loan Applications and the Intuvo system ensures that communication is taking place at the critical points where it is needed,” notes Ryan Cash, Financial Partners’ vice president of consumer lending. “Additionally, the Intuvo communications ensure our members are aware of all of our ancillary products and cross approved offers.”
By providing credit unions a direct integration to their consumer loan origination system (LOS) and indirect lending platforms, such as CU Direct’s Lending 360 and CUDL, along with ready to execute marketing communications, triggers and professional support, Intuvo is able to rapidly make a dent in the long standing problem of cross selling, onboarding, and targeting new members.
Intuvo customers have improved their lending business by up to 30% by automating the analysis of real-time customer data and triggering personalized marketing via email, direct mail and sales force automation.
“We are excited to be partnering with such forward thinking credit unions to help them execute new member marketing strategies that will improve engagement, and increase loan volume and member satisfaction,” says Jeff Shood, Intuvo’s president and co-founder.
