Job Opening: Marketing & Sales Assistant


Description  

Intuvo, a provider of OnDemand CRM & Marketing to the financial industry, is looking for a Marketing and Sales assistant to join our growing team. This is a “ground up” position in a growing start-up with a potential to evolve for someone with the right talent and motivation.

Daily Responsibilities:  

Marketing

  • Create & update marketing materials in print, web and email format, with limited direction from management.
  • Update websites using some HTML & Image editing
  • Create and execute email marketing pieces appropriate for Credit Unions & Regional Banks
  • Be Creative!

Sales

  • Schedule and manage sales appointments
  • Send follow-up correspondence to sales prospects
  • Qualify inbound sales calls
  • Communicate with sales partners on the status of sales prospects
  • Proof & complete sales proposals & service orders
  • Manage , Track and Report on leads in a Microsoft CRM or Salesforce.com system

Customer Service

  • Manage and track sales in QuickBooks
  • Print & send invoices to customers from QuickBooks

Talents Required:

  • Primed for the challenge of a startup. Able to create structure where necessary yet flex with the company.
  • Ability to learn software without manuals
  • Excellent phone presence & communication skills
  • Ability to research and find answers when internal resources are not available

Technical Skills

You will be much more likely to succeed if you can

    • Create a visually appealing report in Microsoft Word
    • Create formula’s and reports in excel
    • Use Microsoft Outlook in an office environment, requesting meetings, creating templates, etc.
    • Work with web pages / HTML or can at least customize your MySpace, Facebook etc.

We’re certainly willing to train you but the above will give you a good foundation.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with web-conferencing software (GoToMeeting, Webex etc)
  • Experience selling CRM software
  • Experience with ASP / SaaS business model
  • Previous employment in the residential mortgage industry

That said this will start a part time position. Ideally candidate will be full time within the next 3-6 months.
