Job Opening: Technical Support / Training Level 1


Intuvo, a provider of OnDemand CRM & Marketing to the financial industry, is looking for a Technical Support / Training individual to join our growing team. This is a “ground up” position in a growing start-up with a potential to evolve for someone with the right talent and motivation.

 

Daily Responsibilities:  

Technical Support

  • Answer inbound support calls and enter in our trouble ticketing system(Vision Project)
  • Troubleshoot technical troubles with the customer on the phone using remote support tools (Log Me In Rescue)

Training

  • Manage and build out our Support Site (Central Desktop)
  • Record short (under 5 minute) videos to be placed on Support Site (Jing or Camtasia)
  • Technical Writing Skills to accompany videos
  • Develop new client Training Plan
  • Create content and hold online training webinars (GoToMeeting)

Potential to expand into Development

  • Microsoft SQL - relational database logic
  • Coldfusion - business layer
  • OpenLaszlo

Talents Required:

  • Primed for the challenge of a startup. Able to create structure where necessary yet flex with the company.
  • Ability to learn software without manuals
  • Excellent phone presence & communication skills
  • Ability to research and find answers when internal resources are not available

Technical Skills

You will be much more likely to succeed if you

  • Have experience supporting clients with a width breath of computer aptitude
  • Have created training content and video recordings
  • Use Microsoft Outlook in an office environment, requesting meetings, creating templates, etc.
  • Have an understanding of web application programming theories and best practices

 

We’re willing to train you but the above will give you a good foundation.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with web-conferencing software (GoToMeeting, Webex etc)
  • Experience working with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Experience with ASP / SaaS business model
  • Previous employment in the residential mortgage industry
  • MSSQL/Coldfusion/OpenLaszlo programming experience
